Jeff has argued several cases before the Appellate Division and the Supreme Court of New Jersey, including a highly publicized death penalty appeal. In the past three years alone, Jeff has argued seven cases before the Supreme Court of New Jersey.
Some clients retain Jeff solely to assist the client's trial attorney (prior to and during trial) in anticipation of an appeal. In this situation, Jeff Mandel works with trial counsel to raise and preserve legal and factual issues/arguments for appeal. Click on Mandel's Recent Cases, for more!
